When I was navigating my menopausal health journey, I often wished for a coach I could consult occasionally to answer specific questions about Fast Like a Girl (FLAG) principles and ensure I was on the right track. My schedule couldn’t accommodate a full 1:1 coaching program, and it was difficult to find someone offering quick, focused guidance.

That’s why I created Wellness Check-ins, a quick session designed for women who want expert advice without committing to ongoing coaching.

What you can expect from wellness check-ins

Here’s what’s included in our check-ins:

• Questionnaire: to help us dive straight into your priorities
• Single session: 20-minute video check-in (or a bundle of 3)
• Guidance: Personalized, actionable insights that address the questions cited on your questionnaire

First steps for wellness check-ins

Step one: Complete the questionnaire

To ensure our session is as productive as possible, I ask all clients to complete a brief questionnaire. Your answers allow me to understand your goals, challenges, and how I can best support you on this journey.

Step two: Confirm your spot

After you complete the questionnaire, you’ll be able to schedule a single session or a bundle of 3 sessions. To stars, we'll discuss answers to your questions about adopting Fast Like a Girl (FLAG) principles or protocols
