My journey toward healthier aging began when I entered menopause and found myself overwhelmed by symptoms and unclear advice. Determined to take control of my health, I enrolled in a Healthy Aging certificate program through Arizona State University, earned a certification in Dr. Mindy Pelz’s Fast Like a Girl (FLAG) program, and immersed myself in the latest research on women’s health.
Through this process, I focused on issues that matter deeply to me: better sleep, sustaining energy, and preserving muscle. Along the way, I adopted strategies for a healthier lifestyle, learned the value of wearable biometrics, and discovered how intentional, daily movement can have a bigger impact than long gym sessions.
Today, as a certified FLAG coach and a proud graduate of Dr. Mindy Pelz’s first cohort, I combine a deep understanding of hormone-focused nutrition with science-backed wellness strategies to help others thrive. Dr. Pelz’s protocols have already transformed the lives of countless women worldwide, and I’m here to guide you in applying them to your own unique journey.
